I didn't allow microphone access. How do I fix this?
Open your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, and toggle on VOQAS. Then restart the app. Without microphone access, the voice coach cannot hear you.
My session won't connect or keeps dropping.
Check that you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular). If the problem persists, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still having issues? Email us at support@hiretech.agency with your device model and iOS version.
I subscribed but the app doesn't show it.
Tap the 'Restore Purchases' button in the app's Settings screen. If that doesn't work, check that you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. For further help, contact support@hiretech.agency.
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?
Download VOQAS on your new device, open Settings in the app, and tap 'Restore Purchases.' Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID that originally made the purchase.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VOQAS. From there you can switch between Starter, Plus, and Pro plans. The new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
